PandaPanda Securities Limited (“PandaPanda Securities”) and PandaPanda Crypto Limited (“PandaPanda Crypto”), wholly owned subsidiaries of PandaPanda IP Holding Ltd (collectively, “PandaPanda”, “we”, “our” or “the Firm”).
PandaPanda Securities provides online and mobile application-based brokerage services to self-directed investors. PandaPanda Crypto provides access to digital asset services through regulated partners.
These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any other agreements between you and PandaPanda, including customer agreements and any additional terms governing your use of our products, services, software, content, and tools.
The PandaPanda website, mobile applications, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) may include account information, market data, educational content, financial tools, trademarks, and third-party content.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
PandaPanda may offer free and paid market data plans. Paid plans may renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing period.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize PandaPanda to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees at the applicable rates.
You may use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any commercial or redistribution use requires prior written approval from PandaPanda.
The Service and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PandaPanda makes no warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
PandaPanda shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
PandaPanda does not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. All investment decisions are made at your own discretion and risk.
All trademarks, logos, and content are owned by PandaPanda or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written consent.
PandaPanda may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya, without regard to conflict of law principles.
